Tradition of the Workshop

Josip Plemelj.
The encouragement to organise this Mini-Workshop comes from the successes of the Workshop at Bled/Ljubljana in 1987 ("Mesonic Degrees of Freedom in Hadrons"), as well as two similar Mini-workshops

  • Bled 1998: "What comes beyond the Standard Model", from June 28-July 8, 1998 (organizers: Norma Mankoc Borstnik (Ljubljana) and Holger Bech Nielsen (Copenhagen)), and
  • Bled 1999: "Hadrons as Solitons", from July 7-17, 1999 (organizers: Mitja Rosina, Bojan Golli, Simon Sirca (Ljubljana)).
The participants liked the format of the Workshops, and we hope that our hadronic Mini-Workshops will become traditional (every year).
