- "Pay as you go"
In order to attract more students and young researchers, as well as to expedite travel to colleagues who have tight travel funds (or plan to participate in more conferences in Europe), we adopt the philosophy "pay as you go" which means that one pays only what one consumes. In the Registration forms, we allow several options to choose beyond the minimum conference costs. In particular, since the full paper is not mandatory, the publication fee for the post-conference proceedings will NOT be included in the conference fee; authors who submit the paper can, after the acceptance of their papers, deal with the publication fee directly with the publisher. Furthermore, the conference dinner, planned for June 24th at 8pm, has food options as well as the possibility to skip the dinner all together. Notice that, those who opt for "no-dinner" at the time of registration, can still participate by on-site payment, i.e. until June 23rd 6pm.
- Minimum conference costs include:
Conference materials; Two coffee/refreshment breaks and Lunch break per each conference day; Costs of the excursion, planned for Tuesday afternoon.
